For ordering products at Artprotech International, we prefer ordering through our website. However, you can also always place your order by phone or fax.

From here, you will go through 4 clear steps:
- providing the preferred delivery address
- Choosing the preferred sending method

After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation letter per e-mail, containing the details of your order.
In case you made a mistake while placing your order, you can correct this by answering this e-mail and providing a correction of the mistake.
As soon as we receive your order, and (depending on your payment method) received payment, we will do everything to ensure the ordered articles arrive with you as soon as possible.
- Products pertaining to the Steddie®, Steddie® Junior hanging systems are usually delivered within 5 business days.
- With our furniture, the average delivery time of standard products is 1 – 4 weeks.
- With tailor-made products the delivery time will be discussed with the customer.
It is self-evident that all our sent products are packaged as firmly as possible, making sure they are not damage in the delivery process.
